SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a transmitter and a method for wireless transmission of electrical energy. The transmitter of the wireless power transmission system contains the first and second wires. The first wire is insulated with the insulation of the first wire. The second wire is insulated with the insulation of the second wire. The first wire is located close to the second wire. The first and second wires contain the initial connecting, middle and end parts. The initial connecting part of the first wire is located near the end part of the second wire. The middle part of the first wire is located near the middle part of the second wire. The end part of the first wire is located near the start connecting part of the second wire. The transmitter has a set of resonant frequencies. Any of the sets of resonant frequencies is equal to or less than the frequency of free vibrations of the arrangement of the first and second wires. The first and second wires contain a capacitance between them. The transmitter is configured to generate an electromagnetic field in response to the application of current to the initial connecting portions of the first and second wires. The current flows at at least one resonant frequency of the transmitter or at a frequency in the vicinity of at least one resonant frequency of the transmitter. The transmitter contains a balancing element. The balancing element is arranged in such a way as to balance the total capacitance of the transmitter. The balancing element contains a balancing capacitance between the end parts of the first and second wires.

EFFECT: increased wireless power transmission distance is achieved.
