FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medical devices, in particular to a surgical knotting unit. The surgical knotting unit contains a drive structure, a punching and cutting clamp and scissors. The mouth of the punching and cutting clamp has the first position in the open state and the second position in the punching state when actuated by means of a drive structure. The scissors have the first position in the open state when actuated by means of a drive structure and the second position in the cutting state when actuated by means of a drive structure. The second position of the scissors is synchronized with the second position of the punching and cutting clamp. The first end of the scissors interacts with the drive structure. The cutting edges of the scissors are located at the second end of the scissors. The scissors contain the first lever of the scissors and the second lever of the scissors. The drive structure contains a drive rod. The first end of the drive rod interacts with the punching and cutting clamp and scissors. The first side part of the first end of the drive rod has holes for the scissors’ levers interacting with the scissors. The first end of the scissors is located in the holes for the scissors’ levers. The middle parts of the first lever of the scissors and the second lever of the scissors are connected by the axis of rotation. The drive structure interacts with the first end of the first scissors’ lever and the first end of the second scissors’ lever when the first end of the first scissors’ lever is located near the second end of the second scissors’ lever, and the second end of the first scissors’ lever is located near the second scissors’ lever. The first end of the first scissors’ lever and the first end of the second scissors’ lever are connected and form the pivot axis.

EFFECT: use of the invention ensures the performance of simple and rapid postoperative suturing and tying of the knot in minimally invasive surgical circumstances.
