FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: instrument may be used for making surgeon knots at hard-to-get-at places and during laparoscopic operations. Instrument has extended body which operating end is fitted with two clamps. Opposite end of body carries control members of clamps located oppositely. Operating jaws of clamps have combined jointing planes. Rod is positioned on operating end of body. One clamp is installed at rod end. Guillotine shears are located on side surface of body, and container for auxiliary members is provided. Electrocoagulator is mounted at end face of body.
