SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to locking devices with a cable. The locking device with volumetric fixation of the cable comprises a body (1), a cable (2), one end of which is rigidly attached to the body, and a fixing means. Two holes mutually perpendicular with intersecting axes are formed in the body (1): a longitudinal threaded hole and a transverse through hole with the possibility of placing the second end of the cable (2) in it. The fixing means is made in the form of an L-shaped bent rod element with a threaded section screwed into a longitudinal threaded hole, with a cone-shaped spike at one end and a handle (6) at the other, bent end. The cone-shaped spike is configured to interact with the cable section located in the transverse through hole, and an annular groove is made between the handle and the threaded section. An insert in the form of a bushing (8) is freely installed on the conical spike with the possibility of resting with one end against the end of the threaded section, the other end of the bushing (8) is made with a toothed cut with obliquely arranged teeth with the possibility of their interaction with the cable section located in the transverse through hole.

EFFECT: invention improves the operational reliability of the locking device due to the volumetric fixation of the cable.
