SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for locking railcars and containers and can also be used for locking warehouses, shops, stalls and other objects with lugs in the doorways that require a flexible connection in the locking devices in the form of a cable segment. The cable locking device includes a cable section, one passive end (1) of which is rigidly fastened to the body (2), and the second free end (3) is passed through the body (2) during locking and fixed in it by means of a twist (4) made in the form curved L-shaped element, one end of which forms a handle, the butt of the other end is pointed to interact with the side surface of the cable segment. The outer side surface adjacent to the pointed end is threaded. An annular groove is made in the immediate vicinity of the threaded surface on the outer side surface. The body (2) is made with two adjacent coaxial holes of different diameters with a smooth cylindrical side surface, one of which, through, adjoins the inlet of the body (2) and has a diameter greater than the diameter of the adjacent hole, which is made with a blind bottom and has a diameter greater than the diameter of the segment cable. A through hole is made in the body (2) to accommodate, when locking, the free end (3) of a cable segment that crosses a hole of smaller diameter. The twist (4) is made with a cylindrical recess between the handle and the annular groove. The diameter of the cylindrical recess is less than the diameter of the handle, but greater than the diameter of the annular groove. The device is equipped with a bushing (14), which is adapted for tight placement in the hole of the body (2) of a larger diameter along the entire length of this hole, and for rigid fastening to the body (2) by means of rolling. The sleeve (14) is fastened to the twist (4) by means of rolling and configured for rotation of the threaded part when the handle is turned. The sleeve (14) is made with two adjacent coaxial through holes, the central longitudinal axis of which coincides with the combined central axis of the body (2) holes with different diameters. The side surface of the through hole of the bushing (14) facing the inlet to the body (2) is made smooth, and the side surface of the hole adjacent to it is threaded to interact with the threaded surface of the twist (4).

EFFECT: creating a cable locking device, simple and manufacturable, with increased protection against malicious opening.
