FIELD: liquid dielectrics drying, purification and degassing.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to the field of ultra-deep drying, purification and degassing of liquid dielectrics, preferably turbine, fire-resistant, transformer, aviation and hydraulic oils. A complex for ultra-deep drying, purification and degassing of liquid dielectrics, characterized in that it contains an inlet and outlet pumps, coarse filters, one of which is installed behind the inlet pump, and the other is made with a filtration fineness that is superior to the previous coarse filter, ball valves, coalescent filter, ultra-deep electrostatic filters with focusing electrodes installed in parallel inside them, mesh filter, installed in front of the suction pump, a vacuum thin film evaporator with a vacuum pump installed in front of the coalescent filter, an air filter to prevent contaminants from entering the vacuum thin film evaporator and float sensors to determine the oil level in the vacuum thin film evaporator tank, sensors to determine moisture and industrial purity.
EFFECT: improvement of oil quality indicators, as well as an increase in the service life of oils and their operation.
