FIELD: power mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises preliminary evacuating and subsequent blowing of the space under vacuum by outer atmospheric air. The atmospheric air is throttled immediately upstream of the inlet to the space and is dried directly inside the space under vacuum by its expanding. The section of pipeline to be dried is separated from the remainder part by means of valves or plugs. The device comprises vacuum system, pipeline connected with the system and the space to be dried and provided with valve, means for control of pressure and residual humidity and cock that defines the passage for blowing with controlled throttle. The control throttle connects the space to be dried with the ambient air.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
