FIELD: computing technology.
SUBSTANCE: computer-implemented system for predicting areas with a high fracture content in a rock mass and calculating the volumetric and shear deformation consists of a processor and a memory with instructions stored therein, wherein the instructions, when executed by the processor, prompt the processor to: load seismic and downhole data from the geological and geophysical information receiving and processing unit and from at least one external measuring apparatus; determine the data of the structural features of the geologic section and the structural data on the position of rock levels; verify the position of levels based on the downhole data; determine the data on the position of levels of the reference model constituting a model of the initial state of the structure used as a basis for calculating displacements and deformations, wherein deformations in the reference model are taken as zero.
EFFECT: possibility of predicting areas with high fracture content in the reservoir volume, regardless of the location of boreholes, at the same time increasing the prediction accuracy near boreholes.
