A method for diagnosing infertility in cows includes determining the obstruction of the oviducts by injecting a 0.5% solution of novocaine in an amount of 250-300 ml into the uterus using a three-channel catheter. Simultaneously with the medicinal substance, air in an amount of 35-40 ml is injected through the remaining nozzle using a syringe. Diagnostics is carried out under ultrasound supervision. With a uniform distribution of the gas-liquid mixture along the oviduct, the patency of the oviduct and the absence of infertility in cows are diagnosed, with an uneven distribution of the gas-liquid medium, its reaching the ampullary section of the oviducts of both sides, accumulation and transition to the abdominal cavity, oviduct binding and infertility in cows are diagnosed.

EFFECT: invention provides lifetime diagnosis of infertility in cows.
