SUBSTANCE: method of lifelong detection of the tubal factor of lethargy in cattle is characterized by the fact that the female is fixed in the machine, then caudal anesthesia is performed with a 2% solution of lidocaine 5–10 ml, after which 4–12 ml of drotaverine is injected intramuscularly to level the spasm, then the external genitalia and vagina are treated with a 0.05% solution of chlorhexidine bigluconate, then a two-way Foley catheter is inserted into the cervical canal, while the cervix is fixed rectally by hand, after passing through the cervical canal, the catheter is inserted into the uterine cavity to the bifurcation point and fixed by inflating the cuff through a syringe with a sterile saline solution of 10–15 ml, then a 50 ml syringe is attached to the catheter, filled with sterile saline, heated to 37–37.5°C, an ultrasound probe connected to an ultrasound scanner is inserted vaginally, the position of the catheter, the uterine cavity, bifurcation, uterine horns and ovaries are visualized, then sterile saline is slowly injected through the catheter into the uterine cavity and the dynamics of its movement is monitored with normal patency of the oviducts sterile saline will flow from the uterine cavity into the oviducts and pour into the abdominal cavity near the ovaries, if the oviduct is not passable, the solution will accumulate in the uterine cavity, if the oviduct is partially passable, the saline will enter the oviduct, but its movement will not be visualized around the ovaries.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a life-time minimally invasive method for detecting barren females of cattle due to impaired patency of the oviducts.
