METHOD OF RECOVERY OF UTERINE TUBE PERMEABILITY AND DEVICE FOR ITS REALIZATION Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: medicine; obstetrics; gynecology. SUBSTANCE: method includes access to uterine tube by MEANS of laparoscope and uterine tube sanation with the aid of wave-guide-instrument with tapered radiating end and medicinal solution. The ultrasonic dilatation is performed by means of waveguide-instrument with olive-shaped radiating end and solution which prevents post-operative formation of commissures. Dilator-limiter for recovery of uterine tube permeability has rod with central through hole and branch pipe for delivery and removal of medicinal solution. Rows of radii holes are staggered on generating surface of rod. Provision is also made for ellipse-shaped lock of dilator-limiter position relative to occlusion zone. Lock is made as stepped bushing mounted on rod for longitudinal movement and fixing. Input end of rod carried fluoroplastic bushing which centers waveguide-instrument with radiating end tapered at an angle of 45 deg or waveguide with olive-shaped radiating end relative to internal surface of rod.
