SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to reflexology and physiotherapy. The treatment method provides a possibility of relieving the inflammatory syndrome, restoring the physiological function of the upper limb, improving microcirculation, lymphatic drainage, stimulating the proliferative and reparative process of the lateral humeral epicondyle. The objective of the invention consists in creating optimal conditions for repairing the damaged enthesis and muscular structures, as well as restoring the volume of movement and the functional and physiological condition of the upper limb. The objective hereof is achieved by the fact that in the method for treating lateral epicondylitis by using vacuum gradient therapy in local trigger areas diagnosed by means of ultrasound, using a ZDRAVAK-24-PRO apparatus for therapeutic vacuum cupping massage, after treating the skin, a group of silicone vacuum gradient cups with a diameter of 3 to 50 mm are set at "tension points" in the course of the musculotendinous meridian of the large intestine and the triple heater. Negative air pressure is then created in the cups, starting in the range of 200 to 300 mm Hg and gradually increasing the parameters of vacuum gradient by 1.5 to 2 times in the subsequent procedures. The exposure of the starting procedures therein is 3 to 5 minutes, 5 to 40 minutes for the subsequent procedures; after the vacuum gradient cups are removed, the points are locally compressed for 1 minute, stroking and rubbing in the course of the musculotendinous meridians; treatment is conducted in 5 to 10 sessions with a 2-3 day break.

EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of relief of the inflammatory syndrome in lateral epicondylitis.
