FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to experimental surgery and pathophysiology. Induced damage is inflicted using a microsurgical scalpel with replaceable disposable sterile blades: thickness of the cutting edge of the blade 0.08 mm, width and height of the blade 5 and 6 mm, respectively. For the purpose thereof, 10 longitudinal incisures 5 mm in length are made parallel to the tendinous fibres in the projection of heel enthesis to the entire thickness thereof.

EFFECT: possibility of creating a generic model of heel enthesis with one acting force at the point of application thereof, while preserving the macroanatomic integrity of the Achilles tendon for the purpose of subsequent research and development of ways and methods for treating said pathology.
