FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Two corneal paracentesis are performed, centralization of the dislocated IOL-CM complex is carried out using a rotational hook, a needle with a thread is inserted through the first paracentesis into the anterior chamber, the iris and the anterior leaf of the lens capsule are punctured, a needle with a thread is inserted under the IOL haptic element closest to the first paracentesis with the capture of the posterior capsule. A guide cannula is inserted into the second paracentesis and with its help the same needle with a thread is brought out, the needle is cut off. At the same time, the end of the thread 4 mm long is left, coming out of the second paracentesis. Both ends of the thread are melted with the formation of flanges, which are sequentially immersed in the corneal paracentesis to the iris. The specified sequence of actions is performed with another haptic element of the intraocular lens (IOL). According to the second variant of the invention, a conductor cannula is inserted into the second paracentesis and with its help the same needle with the thread is brought out, the needle is cut off. At the same time, the end of the thread 4 mm long is left, coming out of the second paracentesis, an additional paracentesis is formed between the two above paracentesis and both ends of the thread are brought into it. Both ends of the thread are melted with the formation of flanges, which are sequentially immersed in the same paracentesis to the iris. The specified sequence of actions is performed with another haptic element of the IOL.
EFFECT: inventions group makes it possible to ensure a stable central position of the IOL-CM complex without the formation of a node on the iris that deforms the pupil, improve the quality and visual acuity of the patient, reduce the complexity of intraocular interventions, as well as the cosmetic satisfaction of patients.
