FIELD: oil refining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment of tanks in the oil, oil refining and petrochemical industries and is intended to regulate the vapor pressure of petroleum products in tanks and prevent the release of a vapor-air mixture into the atmosphere. The device for isolating vapors of petroleum products includes a breathing valve, which contains a valve for removing vapors of petroleum products from the tank and a vacuum valve for receiving atmospheric air into the tank, two containers located in a vertical plane above each other and fixed to the tank, while the lower container is filled with non-freezing liquid and connected by pipelines, on one side to the tank through the breathing valve, and on the other to the upper container.
EFFECT: exclusion of oil product vapors from entering the atmosphere when the pressure in the tank increases due to evaporation.
