FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquids storage facilities, preferably volatile oil products, and can be used in chemical, petrochemical and other industries. Reservoir consists of housing 1, bottom 2 and roof 3. In housing 1 lower part receiving-distributing branch pipe 4 and manhole 5 are arranged, and in upper part are knee-shaped branch pipe 6, on which steam-air breather valve 7 is installed. On roof 3 light hatch 8 and branch pipe 9 are arranged, on which moisture separator filter 10 and air breathing valve 11 are successively fixed. On reservoir roof branch pipe 12 is also arranged, to which pipeline 13 is connected, connected to vacuum pump 14. Inside reservoir annular pontoon 15 is arranged, on which are tightly mounted central elastic membrane 16 and vertical cylindrical elastic shell 17 lower end, which upper end is tightly fixed on annular bracket 18, which is rigidly connected to housing 1. Inside housing 1 at top and bottom annular pontoon 15 movement limiters 19 and 20 are installed. Four lower limiters 20 are also used for attachment of guide cables 21, eliminating annular pontoon 15 rotation. At top guide cables 21 are fixed on annular bracket 18. Annular pontoon 15 consists of arc-shaped sectors 27. On each arc-shaped sector 27 upper surface there are, at least, two radial channels 28 to discharge steam-air mixture from under central elastic membrane 15.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase reservoir operation reliability and efficiency.
