FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to massage and manual impact techniques, and can be used in treatment and rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal diseases, namely, dorsopathies of the cervical and/or thoracic and/or lumbar spine, as well as with diseases of other systems of the body. For this purpose, in accordance with the Table 1, impacts are executed sequentially, divided into groups: group 1 - general impact; group 2 - impact on the lower extremities; group 3 - impact on the pelvic, lumbar, and abdominal areas; group 4 - impact on the thoracic area; group 5 - impact on the upper extremities; group 6 - impact on the cervical area; group 7 - impact on the facial area; group 8 - impact using an octagonal stick. The impacts are executed 1 time a week for 90 minutes, the duration of the course is 2 months.
EFFECT: method provides an improvement in the microcirculation in decompressed tissues of the spinal motion segment (SMS) and in the paravertebral muscles due to muscle relaxation and spasmolytic action, elimination of functional blockages of spinal joints, restoration of spinal activity, improvement in the blood supply of all spinal roots, leading to restoration of the quality of innervation of the musculoskeletal system (MSS), viscero-vertebral and vertebro-visceral relations, an improvement in the functioning of the visceral organs, autonomic regulation thereof, activation of microcirculation in the skin and subcutaneous tissue, reduction of pain in the constricted muscle due to optimisation of lymph efflux, normalisation of joint function and elastic properties of fascia, as well as segmental impact on the internal organs.
