METHOD OF PHYSICAL REHABILITATION Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61H1/00 A61H7/00

Abstract RU 2722936 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rehabilitation, namely to adaptive exercises, and can be used for rehabilitation of cervical and lumbar spines with accompanying insomniac, anxious and depressive syndromes. For 10–20 lessons for 10 minutes, computer testing is carried out using the Effecton Studio, NS-Psychotest software, and visual diagnostics with assessment: symmetry of the arrangement of the auricles, shoulder-blades, vanes, lower edges of ribs, iliac ridges, ischial tubercles to identify regions with hypotonic and normotonic muscles. That is followed by diagnosing the body deviations from the central axis and in the biomechanics of the motion, through evaluating a step pattern in the sagittal and frontal projections. That is followed by a flexion test in standing and sitting position. It is also used from the first session of pacometry with recommendation to increase the amount of daily walking, controlled through a bracelet Xiaomi Mi Band 2 and Mi Fit mobile application. And after diagnostics segmental-point exposure is applied in 1–5 detected points and zones by sessions for 25 minutes 2–3 times week for 22–75 days, on diagnosed points of trigger points, fascial shortening, adhesive processes and instabilities attachment points. That is followed by stretching the muscular chains participating in the shortening, including using a special weight training apparatus for rehabilitation and prevention of dorsopathies, including stretching the problem region in a post-dynamic mode. And then an individual complex of physical exercises for correction of muscle tone-and-strength balance is used with the patient, after which a list of recommendations for home exercises of the studied physical exercises is given.

EFFECT: method provides more personalized, faster and more accurate diagnosis, provides more rapid and evident reduction of pain, insomnia, anxiety and depressive syndromes, improved functional status and motor abilities, prevention of progression of dorsopathies and reduced risk of side effects of rehabilitation during the course.
