FIELD: medicine, vertebrology. SUBSTANCE: at first a surface massage of soft tissues should be conducted from sacral area to occipital tuber by eliminating the tension of all spinal and sacroiliac muscles due to combining a surface massage and application of rollers under frontal area of mortise joints in position of lying upon patient's stomach, then a roller is applied under the upper-frontal spines of iliac crests till a sacrum is transferred into position maximally possible and near to horizontal plane, a roller is put under frontal surface of a thorax and forehead area to obtain possible increase of lordosis in jugular and lumbar departments. All manipulations are carried out when a patient is lying upon a stomach by squeezing procedures not higher than 2 kg upon one segment area, during a sharp cough beginning from sacral area up to jugular department of a backbone. Mobilization directed to elimination of compression syndrome is performed in position upon patient's side opposite to compression side by putting a roller to provide scoliotic deformation towards compression side, creating kyphosis in thoracolumbar department and sharp squeezing at a deep exhalation together with a cough upon a shifted vertebra from behind to the front and from above downwards tangentially in caudal direction that enables to achieve mechanical removal of hernial content or osseous protuberance or shifted vertebra from vascular-nervous bundle without overstretching the connective apparatus. EFFECT: higher efficiency in preventing spinal instability.
