FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to ammonium nitrate explosive substances (explosives) intended for blasting operations on the Earth surface in non-watered mountain masses. The explosive composition contains granular ammonium nitrate, a combustible agent and a decompression additive. The paste-like combustible agent contains water-dissolved carbamide and gum, with the following ratio of the components of the paste-like combustible agent, wt.%: carbamide 69 to 79, water 20 to 30, gum the rest. The ratio of the components of the explosive composition, wt.%: ammonium nitrate 90 to 93, paste-like combustible agent 7 to 10, expanded polystyrene (over 100% by volume) 0.1 to 30. The explosive composition includes a crushed fraction of granular ammonium nitrate in an amount of at least 35 wt.% of the total amount of ammonium nitrate. When manufacturing the explosive composition, granular ammonium nitrate, the combustible agent and the decompression additive are mixed. A paste-like combustible agent is used, in the preparation whereof, at the first stage, carbamide is dissolved in water and thickened to a gel-like consistency by adding gum, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: carbamide 20 to 30, water 69.7 to 79.7, gum the rest. At the second stage, the gel-like solution is brought to a paste-like state by mixing with finely dispersed carbamide while adding gum, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: gel-like solution 29.7 to 49.7, finely dispersed carbamide 50 to 70, gum the rest, to produce a paste-like combustible agent with the following ratio of components, wt.%: carbamide 69 to 79, water 20 to 30, gum the rest. A crushed fraction of granular ammonium nitrate is used in an amount of at least 35 wt.% of the total amount of ammonium nitrate, and the components of the explosive composition are mixed in the following ratio, wt.%: ammonium nitrate 90 to 93, paste-like combustible agent 7 to 10, expanded polystyrene (over 100% by volume) 0.1 to 30.
EFFECT: increase in the manufacturing safety, increase in the cost and operational efficiency and environmental safety.
