FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. The anti-shock device comprises a block (1) of cylinders, a piston (2), two end caps (3), a piston rod (4), a connecting cylinder (5) and two connecting elements (6). The connecting cylinder (5) is connected to one end of the cylinder block (1). End caps (3) are located at both ends of the cylinder block (1). The connecting elements (6) are located at one end of the rod (4) at a distance from the connecting cylinder (5) and at one end of the connecting cylinder (5) at a distance from the cylinder block (1). The piston (2) is provided with shut-off (7) and damping (8) valves, which are located opposite each other on two sides of the rod (4). When the check valve (7) is in the open state, the damping valve (8) is in the closed state. When the check valve (7) is in the closed state, the damping valve (8) is in the open state. The check valve (7) is open at low speed load and closed immediately after the critical speed is reached. The damping valve (8) is closed at low speed load and open at high speed load.
EFFECT: effective reduction of the fixing displacement, improvement of sensitivity without affecting the damping characteristics of the device.
