FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology and can be used in optical instrumentation, precision engineering, metrology. The method for measuring the movements of the stamp image in digital autocollimators includes the formation of a stamp image in the form of a raster of N+1 transparent parallel slits with a monotonous discrete change in their widths, identification of the image of the stamp slits on the receiver, determination of the slit in the stamp, the angle of incidence of rays from which on the reflector relative to its normal is closest to 0, determination of the reversal angle of the reflector by the position of the center of gravity of the image of this slit on the receiver, correction of the found angle of rotation of the reflector using the correction, determined by the individual geometric and aberration parameters of the autocollimator lens.
EFFECT: multiple expansion of the measurement range of a single-coordinate autocollimator with a simultaneous multiple reduction in the systematic measurement error.
