FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: method for mark image displacement measurement in digital auto collimators includes imaging mark in form of linear raster in multi-element radiation receiver plane. At that, width of raster side lines is selected equal to width of radiation receiver elements, and width of central mark is selected equal to double width of other raster lines. Then signals from illuminated elements are measured, stored and element is fixed, on which signal is absent. Mark movement is approximated based on derived data. Position of linear raster image energy centre of gravity is determined. And mark image shift is determined considering obtained position of energy centre of gravity.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy owing to increasing range of measurements and simplified design.
