FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport engineering and can be used to fix retractable platforms in a transport position in mobile complexes for various specialized purposes. The fixing device comprises a body and a fixing screw. The fixing screw is made in the form of a longitudinal rod with a two-stage flat head and has a threadless end cap with a groove and a retaining ring installed in this groove. A multifaceted recess is made in the center of the head. The fixing screw is installed in a housing made in the form of a cylinder with a side surface open at 180°. One end side of the housing has a through outlet for the passage of the threadless end of the fixing screw and its locking. On the opposite end side, the housing is equipped with a cylindrical section with a plate with mounting holes perpendicular to the end side. On this end side, a round nest is made, the bottom of which is made in the form of an annular partition with a coaxial through inlet. The through inlet is coaxial with the through outlet. The fixing screw is screwed into the tab, made in the form of a metal plate in the form of a polygon with a round area adjacent in one plane. The round section is equipped with a through hole with an internal thread for a fixing screw. A spring is installed on the fixing screw between the petal and the annular partition of the housing.
