FIELD: petroleum industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of petroleum refining, in particular, to methods for producing isodewaxing catalysts of diesel fractions, intended for producing diesel fuel with improved low-temperature characteristics. In this method, the catalyst is prepared by impregnating a carrier with an aqueous solution, followed by drying. The carrier comprises a one-dimensional mesoporous zeolite ZSM-23 with an MTT structure and a 48 to 120 modulus in an amount of 40 to 60 wt.%, and binder. The binder is γ-aluminium oxide produced from pseudoboehmite synthesised according to the technology of thermal activation of gibbsite in a drum-type centrifugal reactor, followed by hydrothermal processing at a temperature of no less than 140°C the rest. The aqueous solution contains a complex compound [Ni(H2O)2]2[Mo4O11(C6H5O7)2], or Ni(NH4)[HW2O5(C6H5O7)2]. The concentrations of the components of the solution therein ensure production of the composition, wt.%: [Ni(H2O)2]2[Mo4O11(C6H5O7)2] – 19.2 to 66.9, or Ni(NH4)[HW2O5(C6H5O7)2] – 42.3 to 57.2, a carrier the rest. Sulphidising is then performed, resulting in a catalyst of the composition, wt.%: 7.0 to 14.0 Mo or 18.0 to 20.0 W; 2.0 to 7.0 Ni; 8.0, 8.4, 8.8, 9.0 to 11.4 S; a carrier the rest, containing a one-dimensional mesoporous zeolite ZSM-23 with an MTT structure and a 48 to 120 modulus in an amount of 40 to 60 wt.%, and a binder – aluminium γ-oxide – the rest.

EFFECT: development of an effective method for producing an isodewaxing catalyst of diesel fractions.
