FIELD: petroleum refining.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method for producing low-pour-point diesel fuel by isodewaxing of hydrotreated diesel fractions in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst, characterised by the utilised catalyst containing, wt.%: [Ni(H2O)2]2[Mo4O11(C6H5O7)2] – 19.2 to 66.9, or [Ni(NH4)[HW2O5(C6H5O7)2] – 42.3 to 57.2, a carrier the rest, wherein the carrier contains a one-dimensional mesoporous zeolite ZSM-23 with an MTT structure and a 48 to 120 modulus in an amount of 40 to 60 wt.% and a binder – aluminium g-oxide – the rest; the catalyst has a specific surface area of no less than 140 m2/g, pore volume no less than 0.25 cm3/g; prior to isodewaxing, the catalyst is sulphidised, resulting in the composition, wt.%: 7.0 to 14.0 Mo or 18.0 to 20.0 W; 2.0 to 7.0 Ni; 8.0, 8.4, 8.8, 9.0 to 11.4 S; a carrier the rest, wherein the composition of the carrier remains unchanged; the process is conducted at a temperature of 340 to 390°C, a pressure of 3.5 MPa, a volumetric raw material supply rate of 3.5 to 5.0 h-1, a hydrogen/raw material volumetric ratio of 450 to 900 nm3/m3.
EFFECT: production of diesel fuel with improved low-pour-point characteristics.
