SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fur farming, in particular to a method for feeding young caged minks. The method is characterized by the fact that daily in the feed mixture of young minks during the formation of winter hair, namely from September to October, feed additive "Profat" is introduced in the amount of 1.0 g per 100 g of feed mixture per day.
EFFECT: use of the invention will increase the area of the obtained skins and improve their quality.
