SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to devices for reducing the spread of dust in the preparation of solutions from dry mixes, and can be used to protect premises from fine dust and particles during construction work. The method for reducing the spread of particles of a dry mixture in the preparation of solutions is characterized by isolating a container intended for preparing a solution from a dry mixture in a closed volume, made in the form of a casing worn over said container, removing particles of a dry mixture that spreads in an internal isolated volume inside the casing when it is backfilled, and mixing into a container using a suction device by creating turbulent air flows from the feed opening to the suction opening made in the lower part of the casing and placed tangentially, and creating two rarefaction zones. The loading opening in the upper part of the casing is smaller than the diameter of the upper part of the container. The first rarefaction zone occurs between the walls of the container and the casing due to the gap between the upper edge of the container and the walls of the casing, and the second rarefaction zone occurs due to the narrowing of the suction hole. The area of ​​the hole in the cover of the casing refers to the area of ​​the top of the container 1:1.2–1:1.4, preferably 1:1.3. The angle of inclination of the walls of the housing of the casing relative to the horizontal line is in the range of 60-80 degrees, preferably 70 degrees. On the side wall in the lower part of the casing, a suction hole is tangentially made with an elastic membrane placed inside with a hole in the center, with the possibility of mounting through it into the tension of the air hose of the suction device.
