FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for processing of mechanical mixtures. Method of moving mechanical mixtures using vortex cyclone dust collector-vacuum cleaner consists in that the mixture to be moved, tangentially moves from the injector into a cyclone-confusor of the first stage, in which a vortex flow is created. Counter-vortex is formed from particles of peripheral layer, which, through overpasses, separator of particles of mixture from waste air is discharged into accumulator of particles - garbage collector. Remaining part of mixture through axial hole in smaller base of cyclone enters second cyclone-confuser, in which similar process is repeated. Exhaust air separated from particles of the mixture enters the overpass with the ejector, from which it is ejected into the pipeline from the injector to the cyclone-confusor of the first stage, and is repeatedly used in the technological process. When blower is used as blower in vacuum cyclone-confuser of first stage vacuum is formed, which through eccentric hole in cover of larger base of cyclone-confuser with application of flexible hose is supplied to mixture, which is then involved in technological process.

EFFECT: technical result is increase of mix processing efficiency.
