FIELD: therapeutic physical culture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to therapeutic physical culture; it can be used for active impact on connective tissue and treatment of pathologies of muscles and joints in connective tissue dysplasia. The condition of each group of muscles and joints is determined by external examination, and/or X-ray, and/or ultrasonographic studies, and/or optical tomography, at least one physical exercise involving muscles and joints, in which pathologies are detected, is selected, and it is executed by repeating a given trajectory of movement of the corresponding group of muscles and joints, while the number of repetitions is selected according to the current condition of a patient. Exercises begin with static tension. During movement, external pressure is applied at the point of fixation of the muscle, as well as external pressure on the movable part of the muscle in the direction of the point of fixation of the muscle and in the direction opposite to the direction of movement. At the same time, the force of external pressure exceeds the strength of the muscle. The direction of movement is selected according to the movement to stretch muscle fiber.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of impact on connective tissue in any manifestations of its diseases.
