SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine and can be used to simulate aseptic necrosis of the femoral head. Laboratory rats undergo surgical access along the outer surface of the thigh in the projection of the hip joint. Next, a circular excision of the periosteum is performed in the subtrochanteric zone in the area of the proximal third of the third trochanter. A ligature is applied around the femoral neck with a 0.35 mm vicryl suture. Next, 1 ml of a 10% solution of rheopolyglukin is injected into the joint cavity.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to simulate aseptic necrosis of the femoral head by reducing the perfusion of the femoral head against the background of an increase in intra-articular pressure due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
