SUBSTANCE: para-acetabular osteotomy of the iliac bone is performed. That is followed by rotating and inclining the acetabular fragment of the hip bone and fixing it with a cylindrical autograft taken from the base of the greater trochanter after dissected away from the hip bone, and with K-wires. The greater trochanter is reduced and fixed with a screw and a K-wire.
EFFECT: simultaneous elimination of the femoral head subluxation and the high standing of the greater trochanter, and reduced length of treatment.
