FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to methods for creating electrically conductive materials based on carbon nanomaterials, and can be used to create electrical conductors in sensors, microelectronics and electrical energy sources. To achieve the effect, the method for forming an electrically conductive layer based on GO and CNTs includes the following operations: oxidative treatment of CNTs, production of a suspension of GO and CNTs, formation of a layer by depositing a suspension of GO and CNTs on a heated substrate, and irradiation of the formed layer of GO and CNTs with laser radiation in pulse mode.
EFFECT: increasing the thermal stability due to the absence of a polymer binder in the composition of the electrically conductive layer, improving the hardness and electrical conductivity of the formed layers due to the formation of contacts between CNTs in the presence of GO during welding.
