SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fields of shipbuilding and information technology, namely to floating facilities designed to provide advertising and information content and entertainment. An advertising and informational entertainment floating craft is proposed, containing a waterproof displacement hull of the floating craft, while on the deck of the floating craft along the useful length of the hull, an open top pool is made, and along one of the sides of the hull of the floating facility and along the pool, a flexible screen is mounted on telescopic masts, while the telescopic masts are made with the possibility of tensioning, lifting and deploying the screen above the deck of the floating facility and lowering with folding the screen into the compartment of the hull of the floating facility, in the pool to create above the deck of the floating facility of the fountain composition, water sprayers are mounted, connected by pipelines to the injection pumps, the floating facility is equipped with a sound accompaniment installation for advertising, information and entertainment content.
