FIELD: cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for cleaning the inner surface of a tank, including supply of pressurised steam, erosion and removal of the deposition, characterised by additionally introducing, prior to supplying pressurised steam, a 19 to 21% aqueous solution of a mixture of oleic acid and an ether-aldehyde fraction into the tank, taken in a volume ratio of 1:10 under a pressure of 15 to 20 MPa in the amount of 1% of the weight of the foam and massecuite mass, and holding for 90 to 120 minutes, and the pressurised steam is supplied until the solid deposition erodes into a homogeneous dense molasses product, followed by removal thereof.
EFFECT: ensured cleaning of the surface of a tank by pressurised steam.
