FIELD: building materials industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used for the manufacture of building products and structures, in the monolithic construction of civil, industrial and transport construction. The effect is achieved due to the fact that it contains Portland cement, aluminosilicate microspheres filler, hyperplasticizer - MELFLUX 1641F, a mineral part consisting of silica fume, stone flour with a specific surface of 700-800 cm2/g and quartz sand with a fraction of 0.16-0.63 mm, complex modifier and water. The complex modifier includes an acrylate hydrogel solution and a silicon dioxide hydrosol with a mass content of silicon dioxide of 29-31 wt.%, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Portland cement - 41.2-47.4, microsilica - 6.85-7.93 , specified stone flour - 2.20-7.77, specified quartz sand - 3.8-20.4, hollow aluminosilicate microspheres - 7.9-19.5, complex modifier - 0.824-0.950, including acrylate hydrogel solution - 0.516-0.595, silicon dioxide hydrosol - 0.308-0.355, said hyperplasticizer - 0.454-0.520, water - the rest.
EFFECT: obtaining a lightweight building composite with high specific strength during hardening under adverse conditions.
