NANO-MODIFYING HIGH-STRENGTH LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE BASED ON COMPOSITE BINDER Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC C04B28/04

Abstract RU 2775585 C1

FIELD: building materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used for the manufacture of building products and structures, in the monolithic construction of civil, industrial and transport construction. Nano-modified high-strength lightweight concrete on a composite binder contains a binder, a filler, a plasticizer and mixing water, as well as a mineral part consisting of microsilica having an average particle size of 0.01…1 mcm, stone flour (a product of grinding silica-containing rock or quartz sand) with a specific surface area of 750 m2/kg and quartz sand with a fraction of 0.16-0.63 mm, a polycarboxylate-based hyperplasticizer is used as a plasticizer, hollow microspheres are used as a filler, a composite binder consisting of Portland cement and microsized barium hydrosilicates and zinc hydrosilicates, with an average particle size of 5…10 mcm, and as mixing water - a colloidal solution of nanosized zinc hydrosilicates with an average particle size of 15…30 nm, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: the specified composite binder - 45.71, including Portland cement - 39.3-40.7 , microsized barium hydrosilicates - 4.57, microsized zinc hydrosilicates - 0.44-1.84, microsilica - 6.43, indicated stone flour - 5.36, indicated quartz sand - 13.5, hollow microspheres - 14.8, the specified plasticizer - 0.50, the specified colloidal solution - the rest.

EFFECT: obtaining effective high-strength lightweight concrete on hollow microspheres with a reduced specific consumption of Portland cement per unit of design strength.
