FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: magnetic potato processing apparatus on permanent magnets consists of a working container made of a non-magnetic material wherein a hollow non-magnetic cylinder is installed inside the container, permanent neodymium magnets, and electric drive elements. Steel magnetic cores with triangular poles at the ends are installed on the inner side surface of the container and the outer surface of the cylinder, inserted whereto are permanent neodymium magnets with counter-directed poles, forming sections for the passage of potato tubers. A shaft is attached to the base of the container, secured whereon are bearings, a pulley, and a drive belt.
EFFECT: increase in the safe preservation of potatoes throughout the entire storage life.
