SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, in particular to an anti-parasitic collar, namely to a collar against fleas and ticks, which is capable of glowing in the dark. The polymer is impregnated with an antiparasitic active component and a long afterglow phosphor LAP-2M in an amount of 10-50% and 5-10% of the total mass, respectively. The antiparasitic active ingredient includes a mixture of diethyltoluamide, benzyl benzoate, dibutyl adipate and plant essential oils. Essential oils of lavender and/or eucalyptus and/or peppermint and/or margose and/or citronella and/or geranium and/or chrysanthemum are used as plant essential oils.

EFFECT: invention provides protection of cats and dogs from ectoparasites and improves their safety in urban environment.
