SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, in particular to an antiparasitic collar, namely a collar against fleas and ticks, which is able to glow in the dark. The polymer is impregnated with an antiparasitic active component and a phosphor of long afterglow, LDP-2M, in an amount of 10-50% and 5-10% of the total mass, respectively. The antiparasitic active component includes a mixture of fipronil, pyrethroid insecticide and/or dinotefuran and essential oils of plants. As a pyrethroid insecticide, deltamethrin, or flumethrin, or etofenprox, or permethrin are used. Essential oils of peppermint, eucalyptus, margosa, geranium or a mixture of them are used as essential oils of plants.

EFFECT: invention protects cats and dogs from ectoparasites and makes it possible to increase their safety in an urban environment.
