FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for unloading material packed in bags mounted on a cargo pallet. The invention also relates to a bag emptying machine containing such an unloading device. Material unloading device (10) contains hooking device (15) mounted on frame (15) for hooking material with hooks. Hooking device (15) contains a set of rows of curved hooks (16), wherein each row of hooks rotates around corresponding rotary axis (X) between a non-working position, in which hooks are removed, and a working position, in which hooks are extended to hook material. All rows of hooks (16) rotate from the non-working position to the working position along a path of hooking with hooks, rotating in one direction around corresponding rotary axes. Hooking device (15) additionally contains support element (30) mounted outside rows of hooks, essentially perpendicular to the path of hooking with hooks.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of hooks to penetrate into material with a strong hooking due to the fact that in the hooking phase, where material is moved by hooks in the direction specified by a hooking path, it is blocked by a support element.
