FIELD: composite additives production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of composite additives based on synthetic wollastonite, can be used as an active mineral additive to cement, concrete in the production of refractory and facing bricks, ceramic tiles and glazes for it, dry building mixtures, paints and varnishes, roofing and other building materials. The effect is achieved by the fact that synthetic wollastonite includes an active mineral additive phosphosol, soda ash and slaked lime, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: phosphosol - 80, soda ash - 15, slaked lime - 5. The method for producing synthetic wollastonite includes the preparation of a mixture, its autoclaving and firing. In the proposed solution, phosphozol is preliminarily prepared by mixing 66.7% phosphogypsum and 33.3% TPP ash in mechanical mixers, autoclaving the mixture is carried out at a temperature of 75-80°С and a pressure of 1.2-1.4 atm, and firing - at temperature 720-900°С, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: phosphozol - 80, soda ash - 15, slaked lime - 5.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at expanding the range of active mineral additives based on wollastonite.
