SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to borehole geophysical instruments containing a source for generating elastic and electromagnetic pulses in the hydrosphere of the borehole, and is intended for the intensification of mining. A borehole source of electrohydraulic discharge (EHD) is proposed, containing a device housing in which a control unit, a power supply unit, a high-frequency generator, a high voltage multiplier, an electric energy storage device are located, and an electromechanical contactor-discharger and a conductor feed mechanism into the interelectrode space of an EHD radiator containing high-voltage and low-voltage electrodes. At the same time, two fixed electrical contacts and a retractable contact closing them are installed in the electromechanical contactor-discharger, and the high-voltage electrode is made of a solid part made of an alloy of refractory metals and placed inside a housing made of high-strength insulating material. The conductor feeding mechanism is equipped with two locking and two pushing rollers, which are mounted in pairs on axes mutually perpendicular to each other and are made with curved teeth, in addition, the pushing rollers are placed in a conical movable shell, during the movement of which the pushing rollers approach each other and, crimping the conductor, stretch it with curved teeth.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the device of the borehole source of electrohydraulic discharge (EHD).
