FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: solid-state discharger relates to high-current switching equipment and can be used for multichannel switching of capacitance accumulators of electric energy, in particular, high-voltage capacitor generators of pulse currents of multimedia-ampere level. Solid-state discharger for commutation of capacitance accumulators of electric energy contains two main electrodes, one of which is intended for connection to potential output of accumulator, and second – to its discharge circuit, interelectrode insulation from solid dielectric and interelectrode insulating gasket adjacent to the second main electrode. Gasket has at least one puncture serving as initiation channel of insulation breakdown. In the main electrodes opposite the initiation channels there are exhaust openings closed from the inside with thin-sheet metal straps. Discharger is also equipped with ignition unit for initiation of breakdown, having discharge circuit, which includes a thin-sheet igniter electrode, installed between insulation from solid dielectric and second main electrode, a controlled discharger and a capacitive ignition energy source, the potential output of which is connected through a switching gap of the controlled discharger to the firing electrode, and the second output - to the second main electrode. Igniter electrode is galvanically connected to the second main electrode of the discharger by a connecting element, which creates an additional discharge circuit of the capacitive ignition energy source, which has full resistance many times exceeding the inductive component of the full resistance of the discharge circuit of the ignition unit. In case of several initiation channels each of them is equipped with separate ignition unit. Connection element can be made by single conductor.

EFFECT: increased stability of solid-state discharger operation.
