FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, microbiological industry, and in particular to a method for obtaining amino acids: L-arginine, glutamic acid and methionine by fermentation of food waste. An aqueous suspension of sunflower seed cake is fermented with a proportion of suspension powder from 0.5 to 30 wt.% in the presence of strain R Corynebacterium glutamicum under aerobic conditions at a pH of 6.0-8.0, a temperature of 25-40°C for from 3 up to 15 days. A fermented liquid containing amino acids is obtained.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a higher yield of L-arginine, glutamic acid and methionine.
