FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and is associated with methods for erecting pile-slab foundations. The method for erecting a pile-and-slab foundation is characterized by installing the main and between them intermediate piles with caps into the ground around the perimeter of the building being designed and tying them with a grillage made of a metal profile, installing the foundation deck, insulation over the said deck, screed over the screed insulation and building walls. Piles after installation in the ground are leveled in height in a horizontal plane so that a gap is formed between the upper end of the piles and the ground, which prevents the foundation from freezing over the ground. The grillage, at least along the perimeter, is made with a width exceeding the width of the designed outer walls with the possibility of forming an edge on the grillage to hold the base plate on it. Along the outer edge of the grillage, a formwork belt is mounted, made of a profiled metal structure, on the inner edge of the grillage between the main piles, and on the grillage of intermediate piles, the base of the base plate, made of slab-sheet materials, insulation is sequentially mounted and the reinforced foundation is poured. When installing the insulation along the perimeter to the formwork belt, a formwork is formed, which rests on the said belt, and the upper level of the foundation during pouring is performed no higher than the formwork walls. After the foundation has hardened, the outer wall frame and internal partitions, made of a profiled metal structure, are mounted, thermally insulated, isolated from water and steam, and finished with finishing materials.
EFFECT: increasing the speed and versatility of foundation construction, reducing its material consumption.
