METHOD FOR PLATE-PILE FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC E02D27/12

Abstract RU 2616633 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for construction of plate-pile foundation and includes arrangement of piles and a mineral base, construction of monolithic tape grills combined by cylindrical reinforced concrete shells, as well as seal the subgrade compaction by crimping in the span portions of the foundation. First, piles are arranged, after which a flexible sealed membrane is laid in spans on the subgrade, along this membrane a curved mineral base is formed with injector pipe installation. Then, low cross tape grills are made along the piles, grills are combined by reinforced concrete cylindrical shells, and then the vertical load-bearing elements and the basement floor are erected to create a rigid box-like system. Next, the subgrade is moulded by cement slurry injection into the mineral base through the injector pipes, followed by hardening. Physical and mechanical subgrade soil characteristics are improved and piles load-bearing capacity is increased, then tape grills, combined by the cylindrical shells are converted to a monolithic grillage plate with variable bending stiffness.

EFFECT: increased foundation bearing capacity due to subgrade compaction by pressing, which improves piles bearing capacity and includes the plate part into the work prior to operational load application, foundation stiffening and redistribution of internal forces, alignment of the entire structure deformation as a whole due to creation of a rigid box-like structure from the longitudinal and transversal walls and basement floor, reduced labour and material consumption due to reduced number of piles and concrete and steel consumption, in addition, moulding eliminates the consequences of subgrade structure loss due to meteorological influences, groundwater impact, mechanical impact of construction machinery construction workers errors during earthworks.
