SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for machinery, communications, construction, housing and public utility services and can be used in the manufacture of housings, power structures, fittings, bases for the production of sanitizing hoses, inserts, repair kits, structural products such as L-bars, T-bars, I-bars, U-bars, as well as decorative and applied items. Polymer composite material contains layers of non-woven and/or woven fabric in any quantity and sequence. Non-woven fabric is needle-punched synthetic, and woven - multiaxial, linen or twill. These cloths are impregnated with a resin-based binder modified with nanocarbon additives in the amount of 0.0005-20 wt. %. Nanocarbon additives are plates or tapes of graphenes and/or diamines. Graphenes consist of carbon monolayers with a thickness of 1 carbon atom, and diamines consist of carbon layers with a thickness of 2 carbon atoms. According to another variant, nanocarbon additives are a mixture of graphenes and/or diamines or their mixture with fullerenes C60, C70, C76, C78, C84 or mixtures thereof. According to the third variant, nanocarbon additives are a mixture of graphene and diamine with single-layer and multilayer carbon open and closed nanotubes. According to the fourth variant, nanocarbon additives are any mixtures of the above-mentioned nanocarbon materials, while carbon nanotubes are one-, two- or multilayer.

EFFECT: an increase in strength characteristics by 30-500%.
