FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method for setting up water heating systems includes supplying water to an individual heat station, to all risers of the heating system, and to heating apparatus connected to said heating risers. On heating risers and on supply lines to the heating apparatus, the locations of the strap-on sensors transmitting data used to measure the actual water flow rate at the individual heat station (ITP) and directly in the heating system on each riser and, if necessary, on the supply line of each heating apparatus, are first determined, wherein the actual water flow rate is measured at three points of the ITP, in each riser of the heating system and in heating apparatus, wherein the actual water flow rate is measured without violating the integrity of the pipelines, by means of ultrasonic flow meters by a non-invasive direct method, i.e., the flow rates G1, G2 and G3 and the actual flow rates are measured in each riser of the heating system and, if necessary, in each heating apparatus (where G1 is the amount of mains water supplied to the elevator from the supply main of the heat network, G2 is the amount of water mixed in from the return line into the elevator, G3 = G1+G2 is the amount of water supplied to the heating system), simultaneously with measuring the water flow rate in each riser, the temperature of the water (heat carrier) passing through the riser is measured, additional apparatus for changing the amount of water are adjusted.
EFFECT: ensured optimal supply of heat carrier to consumers and reduced labour-intensive operations during setup works.
