FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for the production of a composition of a solid phosphate catalyst, which includes obtaining of a molded mixture, molding the mixture, and calcining the molded mixture. The molded mixture includes a phosphate source present in the molded mixture in the amount in the range from 50 wt.% to 85 wt.% per H3PO4; a silica carrier source present in the molded mixture in the amount in the range from 8 wt.% to 35 wt.% per SiO2, so that the ratio of the phosphate source to the silica carrier source is in the range from 2.9:1 to 4.5:1, calculated by weight as H3PO4:SiO2; and dry grain material present in the molded mixture in the amount in the range from 2 wt.% to 20 wt.%. At the same time, dry grain material contains silicon dioxide; one or several silicon phosphates and/or a mixture containing one or several phosphoric acids, one or several silicon phosphates, and, optionally, a silica carrier; and the amount of silicon in dry grain material is at least 15 wt.% per SiO2 in a calcined form. The invention also relates to a composition of a solid phosphate catalyst for the conversion of hydrocarbons and to a method for the conversion of hydrocarbons, using this composition of solid phosphate catalyst.
EFFECT: development of a more stable solid phosphate catalyst with improvement of one or several activity indicators, as well as physical characteristics.
